Dr. Joaquin O. De Rojas, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cataract, refractive, and corneal surgeon who serves as Director of Refractive Surgery at Center For Sight and Medical Director for Florida at US Eye. He earned his bachelor's degree from Boston College (top of class, Honors Program) and his MD from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, then completed his ophthalmology residency at Columbia University Medical Center, where he was Chief Surgical Resident, followed by a Cornea, External Diseases, and Refractive Surgery fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. His refractive expertise spans LASIK, PRK, and the EVO Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL), alongside premium and laser-assisted cataract and lens replacement surgery.
