Dr. John P. Fezza is a board-certified ophthalmologist subspecialized in oculofacial (oculoplastic) plastic surgery who has practiced at Center for Sight in Sarasota since 1998. He earned his bachelor's degree from Duke University and his medical degree from New York Medical College, then completed an internship in general surgery and ophthalmology residency at Yale University, a two-year oculofacial plastic surgery fellowship at Vanderbilt University, and a second cosmetic surgery fellowship sponsored by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His practice focuses specifically on the eyelids, face and neck, with signature procedures including blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), droopy-eyelid (ptosis) repair, facelift and neck lift, plus extensive non-surgical injectable work as an Allergan master injector for Botox and dermal fillers.
