Dr. Paul S. Satia (Satinderpaul Singh Satia) is the interventional pain management physician at Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center, one of Sarasota's largest orthopedic groups. He is board-certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty certification in pain medicine. After earning his MD from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo in 2000, he trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan and completed roughly five years of specialty training, including a pain medicine fellowship, at the University of South Florida in Tampa (2003-2008). He began practicing pain medicine at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in 2009 and joined Kennedy-White in 2014. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background spanning orthopedics, neurology, physical therapy, medication management, and anesthesiology, he uses both interventional and non-interventional approaches to treat acute and chronic conditions such as radiculopathy, low back pain, and spinal osteoarthritis, and is affiliated with HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital.
